Turnover rites following through the Auction Project mounted during the 2009 Grand Alumni Homecoming were held last March 18 at the Advanced Sciences and Technology Building (ASTB) of the Diliman campus.

The first of its kind ever done by Pisay alumni, the Auction Project was initiated by Class 1984 of the Diliman campus. Through this auction, a list of various equipment and projects earlier submitted by the Diliman campus administration found on-the-spot funding from the various alumni batches when it was presented at the 2009 homecoming held in Diliman.

PSHSNAA President Jocelyn Sanchez Mendoza (Class 1978, Diliman), with PSHSNAA Vice-President Raffy Saldaña (Class 1977, Diliman) and PSHSNAA Auditor Jun Sabug (Class 1969, Diliman), turned over the first batch of successfully auctioned items to Diliman campus officials led by Director Helen Caintic and CISD Chief Virginia Andres. The items included industrial and stand fans, drinking fountains, tables and chairs.  The Diliman campus classes of  1969 and 1984 were the donors for this batch of items.

More equipment, among them air-conditioning units and projector screens, will be turned over by the PSHSNAA before school year 2010-2011 opens.

The PSHSNAA Board extended its appreciation to the Diliman campus classes of 1969 and 1984 for their support to this unprecedented alumni project.
